It is in our best interest for you our client/customer to experience an efficient move out clean with us. Outlined below are our conditions for cleaning your rental property and pricing which ensures the whole process is fair for both you and our company.
All your belongings will need to be removed prior to our arrival. We will charge you $40 per hour if we have to wait for you to clear your things out. We will not clean anything that is damaged or broken and this will be noted on the receipt. If anything is broken or damaged by us we will replace it or pay for a replacement of which we will arrange with the Agent/Owner. We will remind you on the day of cleaning to leave keys to unlock all doors and windows for us to gain access for cleaning however this is your responsibility. We reserve the right to change quotes/prices in case of the following: the property is in a unreasonable condition, 'trashed,' has excess rubbish which needs to be taken to a tip, has nicotine stains on walls and ceilings, or does not fit the description of which it was quoted. We will address this with you before commencing work. We do not include any gardening or weeding in any of our work/quotes. As well as cleaning of curtains, this must be arranged by you. We do not offer credit. Jobs must be paid either on the day or prior by, Credit Card (3.5% transaction fee) or Cash. If you wish to have money taken from your bond you must get approval first with your Agent then inform us this arrangement before booking your job. Picking up of keys/payment from a Real Estate is complimentary but within reason- i.e. we don't want to be traveling 30mins each way. Owners who book in jobs for themselves must inspect the property on the day of cleaning. Please note no refunds are given. If our clean does not pass your Agents inspection please call us or get your Agent to call ASAP to arrange a time for us to go back. We will do our best to return within 24hrs.
